Buddhika's research focuses on developing sustainable remediation technologies to address emerging contaminants in water systems, with an emphasis on nutrient recycling. This work integrates microbial processes and environmental engineering approaches to create innovative and eco-friendly solutions for water quality improvement and resource recovery.
