Protein expression and purification.

My research is committed to producing large quantities of the target protein, purifying it to remove contaminants, and verifying its efficacy and safety. It is crucial in vaccine development as it ensures the production of high-quality, functional proteins that serve as antigens of the vaccine.

Nanovaccines against infectious diseases.

My goal is to develop a hybrid nanoparticle-based broadly effective vaccine for porcine epidemic diarrhea virus using purified proteins as antigens.
