My research is focused on the rational incorporation of molecular adjuvants in lipid-PLGA hybrid nanoparticles for therapeutic applications. Molecular adjuvants have been demonstrated to improve the potency of various immunotherapies, while the nanoparticles are efficient drug delivery vehicles. Altogether, my study aims to establish an optimum formulation of molecular adjuvants in lipid-PLGA hybrid nanoparticles based on immune efficiencies in vitro and in vivo. The resultant adjuvant-nanoparticle platform can then be applied in immunotherapies against diverse diseases and health conditions.
